Η ΕΑ και η Bioware κυκλοφόρησαν πριν από λίγες μέρες το cinematic trailer για το νέο expansion του MMORPG: Star Wars The Old Republic με τίτλο: «Knights of the Eternal Throne». Το νέο expansion θα κυκλοφορήσει τον Δεκέμβριο και συνεχίζει την ιστορία από εκεί που σταμάτησε το «Knights of the Fallen Empire».
Το «Star Wars: The Old Republic» είχε κυκλοφορήσει πριν από μερικά χρόνια, αλλά δεν κατάφερε να αντεπεξέλθει στις προσδοκίες των παιχτών. Ωστόσο το παιχνίδι διατηρεί ακόμα ένα φανατικό κοινό και έτσι η EA κυκλοφορεί κατά διαστήματα καινούργιο περιεχόμενο σε μορφή expansions.
Το καινούργιο expansion είναι το «Knights of the Eternal Throne», το οποίο θα φέρει νέες προσθήκες στο παιχνίδι, ενώ θα συνεχίσει την ιστορία από εκεί που σταμάτησε το «Knights of the Fallen Empire». Η Bioware κυκλοφόρησε και μια σύνοψη για την ιστορία του νέου expansion: «Battle to rule the galaxy in Star Wars: The Old Republic – Knights of the Eternal Throne, a bold new digital expansion from BioWare. Be the Outlander and command a team of hand-picked allies as you face one of the most dangerous families in Star Wars. Mother against daughter. Sister against brother. It’s a fight for control of the throne. You decide who will live, who will die and who will rule the galaxy. Fight to influence the galaxy for the light or dark side of the Force!». Πάντως το cinematic trailer που κυκλοφόρησε είναι πραγματικά εντυπωσιακό.
